Responsibilities Conduct a good faith examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiology evaluation Develop and implement individualized hormone therapy plans, including injection administration and medication management Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems like CharmEHR to ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans Educate patients on hormone therapy protocols, lifestyle modifications, and health coaching strategies to promote adherence and optimal outcomes Requirements Valid licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current state certification Proven experience in hormone therapy clinics or related outpatient settings with a focus on patient care and assessment Skilled in performing clinical procedures including injections and phlebotomy Excellent communication skills for patient education Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through innovative hormone therapy practices.
