Project Manager in Sacramento, CA

Mandatory Skills:

1.Five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. 5 Years OR •Nine (9) years, if substituting Bachelor's degree for additional qualifying experience. 2.Must possess a bachelor's degree. OR •Additional qualifying experience (of MQ #1 above) may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Attach a copy of Bachelor's Degree, unless staff is substituting Bachelors degree with an additional four (4) years of qualifying experience. 3. Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Attach a copy of valid Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). 4. Five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks: a. Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management. b. Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments. c. Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports. d. Performing traceability matrix analysis. 5.Two (2) years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile solution implementation methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development. 6.Two (2) years of demonstrated experience applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on an IT project.

Desirable Qualifications:

Possesses another PMI or SCRUM Alliance Certification. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in EHR implementation. Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on, operational experience using two or more from the below list: o AWS o Databricks o Servicenow o JIRA o Azure DevOps Minimum of two (2) years' experience with the Client Project Approval Lifecycle Purpose or Project Management Framework.
