Our team includes 4 board-certified pediatricians, 3 nurse practitioners, and a supportive group of medical assistants and administrative staff . We are affiliated with Antelope Valley Hospital and Palmdale Regional Medical Center and proudly participate in residency and student training programs with UC Davis and local institutions . We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, approximately 40 hours per week Patient Load:
Average of 25-28 patients per day Clinical Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic Patient Population:

Two clinic locations within 10 minutes of each other Support:
Medical assistant support, administrative support, and AI-assisted scribe documentation Team Environment:
Collaborative practice with pediatricians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric care for newborns, children, and adolescents Perform well-child visits, sick visits, follow-up visits, and preventive care Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses and conditions Order and interpret appropriate labs, screenings, and diagnostic tests Provide patient and parent education regarding health, growth, development, nutrition, immunizations, and disease prevention Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Perks & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience New graduates welcome 12 days of PTO during the first year Major holidays off Health and dental insurance Employer-paid license renewal fees Credentialing support provided Supportive, kind, motivated, and collaborative work environment Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification preferred; Family Nurse Practitioners with pediatric interest or experience may be considered Active California Nurse Practitioner license Active DEA license, or ability to obtain one Medi-Cal approved or willing to complete enrollment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric care About Our Practice At Dr. Satey's Pediatric and Adolescent Medical Clinic, we value teamwork, kindness, clinical excellence, and compassionate patient care.
