Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$150,000 - $185,000 for 1 FTE 40 hours per week based on experience and expertise. Annual fixed bonus paid every year: upto $10,000 based on the 1 FTE Additional Variable Annual performance based bonus: We pay per patient bonus annually above certain number of patient seen in a year 401k match: 4% 401k Profit sharing: Only for exceptional performers we might add profit sharing too. Only applicable for 1 FTE.
