Schedule:
4 or 5 days per week

Yes Primary Care NP / PA Opportunity We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners (FNP-C) and Physician Assistants (PA-C) for a well-established network of outpatient primary care clinics in Central California. This is a great opportunity for providers looking for strong hourly compensation, flexible 4•or 5-day scheduling, travel options, and the potential for a long-term extension. Available Locations Fresno Hanford Porterville Assignment Details $105•115 per hour 4-month initial assignment Strong extension potential ASAP start Approximately 30-day credentialing New provider orientation every 2 weeks One week of paid onboarding and orientation Full-time hours available Schedule Options Choose from: 5 x 8-hour shifts per week 4 x 9-hour shifts per week Schedule also includes: One evening shift per week, typically 12:00 PM-9:00 PM One weekend shift per month, Saturday or Sunday Additional shifts may be available based on clinic needs Clinical Setting Outpatient primary care Multispecialty community clinic environment Newborn through geriatric patients Bread-and-butter family medicine Approximately 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift Approximately 25-27 patients per 9-hour shift Established clinical and operational support Supervising physician provided onsite
