- Provide patient evaluations, diagnoses and treatment plans under the supervision of the ENT specialist
- Assist in performing specialized procedures such as Balloon Sinuplasty, Radio frequency procedures, ablation, etc.
- Collaborate with physician and staff to deliver comprehensive care
- Manage patient follow-ups, review diagnostic results and treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on procedures, post-care, and overall health maintenance
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training related to ENT care Requirements
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
- Prior experience in ENT or surgical specialties is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
