Southeast Los Angeles Region:

Downey, Bellflower, Norwalk, Whittier, Lakewood, Paramount This is a field-based role requiring travel to various clinical sites and patient locations across our Southeast LA service areas. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides a range of primary, acute and/or specialty healthcare services for patients in home or when appropriate virtual settings. In states that do not require collaborative agreements, functions as the primary care provider. Orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Provides health instruction and counseling, educating patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices. May work in collaboration with other Physicians, Nurses or other healthcare professionals to treat the needs of the patient(s) as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Formulates and documents care plan. Prescribes medication or other forms of treatment. Might participate in On-Call program, which may include after-hours, weekend and holiday calls and visitation Service Areas include, but are not limited to:

Requires an MS in Nursing Minimum of 1 year of related experience with clinical emphasis for nurse practitioner; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Requires a current, active, valid and unrestricted RN license and NP license in Nevada. Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position. •The posted compensation range represents the national market average. Compensation for roles located in premium or high-cost geographic markets may fall above this range. This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.•‎

Compensation:

$119,313.00 to $178,968.00
