This opportunity is ideal for a provider who is confident in clinical decision-making, values collaborative care, and enjoys working directly with patients in an outpatient or community-based setting. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while working closely with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members to support positive health outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, exams, and follow-up visits Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests Develop and manage treatment plans based on patient needs Prescribe medications within scope of practice and applicable state regulations Provide patient education, preventive care, and health counseling Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and care team members Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements Support quality care initiatives and patient satisfaction goals Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner license required Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner required DEA license preferred or required depending on assignment Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, outpatient care, or community health preferred Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Ability to manage a patient schedule and work independently within scope Electronic health record experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Benefits May Include Flexible schedule Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Referral program Professional development opportunities

Experience Nurse Practitioner:
