  • Part-time Work for an Elite organization with a mission to improve the health & wellness of organizations, one life at a time. This position is in clinic two days per week (Friday and Saturday, 7:00 am
  • 4:00 pm with a one hour lunch break) at our clinic in San Luis Obispo, California.
Provider may be required to attend field event services when requested by the client. Malpractice insurance provided including tail coverage. NO Calls, NO after hours work. Private concierge practice that is not open to the general public Services must be provided in clinic and not via telehealth. Must have an active California Nurse Practitioner License and be Board Certified. Must have or be able to obtain an active Furnishing License and DEA registration within 120 days of hire. Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire. Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.). Elite Providers are responsible to:
Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions Work independently, contacting offsite collaborating physician as needed regarding patient care. Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes. Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 8 to 15 patients daily). Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines. Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
