Our mission is to improve health outcomes through compassionate care tailored to the needs of our diverse community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides preventative care, immunizations, primary care and treatment, health education, prescribing of medications, ordering and interpreting lab testing, physical examinations, STD screenings, Vision/hearing, women's health, family planning, and nutrition. Provides high quality patient care to patients of all ages Performs any and all clinic procedures in accordance with training, licensure and as allowed per Credentialing and Privileging. Completes referrals to other clinical organizations and providers. Follows up with pharmacy, laboratory orders and results. Updates medical records timely using the electronic health record system. Completes all required billing and coding documentation no later than 48 hours after encounter as per Livingstone CHC policy. Ensures timely phone follow up is made with all contacts.
