Place and remove long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARC), including Nexplanon and IUDs in accordance with clinical protocols. Collaborate with providers, care coordinators, and support staff to provide integrated care. Ensure timely and accurate documentation using electronic health record (EHR) system. Participate in quality improvement activities and population health strategies. Provide culturally competent care aligned with our standards. Qualifications Current California licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Current DEA license Certification in Women's Health, Family Practice, or OB-GYN preferred. Bilingual in English Vietnamese and Spanish highly desirable. Minimum of 1 year of experience in OB-GYN or women's health (FQHC or underserved populations experience a plus). BLS certification Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.
