Job Description

Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Acute Care at Home Work Model Are you an NP or PA-C with a Hospitalist skill set seeking a full-time, ongoing contract in the Walnut Creek, CA area? GHR Healthcare is partnered with a company seeking a Provider to support them doing in-home patient visits.
Contract Duration:
Contract will be renewed annually
Schedule:
10-hr shifts, 7on 7off
Territory:
Walnut Creek, CA Compensation:
$110/hr + mileage reimbursement Benefits and Perks
