role provides advanced neonatal care for premature, critically ill, and medically complex newborns, including extremely low birth weight infants, within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Job Overview The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides comprehensive neonatal care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, procedures, and family centered care. Providers collaborate with neonatologists, bedside nurses, respiratory therapists, and specialty teams to manage complex neonatal conditions, advanced ventilation, and critical care interventions. Providers may be aligned to Level III or Level IV NICU teams based on experience and clinical interests, while maintaining the same scope of practice across units. Schedule 12 hour day or night shifts with optional 24 hour shifts 6 week scheduling blocks 0.9 FTE commitment 18 twelve hour shifts per block, or 9 twenty four hour shifts per block Average schedule: about 3 twelve hour shifts per week Sign On & Relocation $10,000 sign on bonus for 1 year commitment $20,000 sign on bonus for 2 year commitment Relocation assistance starting at $1,800+ depending on distance Incentives available for qualified external candidates relocating 100+ miles Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans with employer contribution Generous paid time off and holidays CME allowance and continuing education support Malpractice coverage with tail Who Are We?
