09/08/2026 Job Description Job Description Luminosity Health and Wellness, LLC is a comprehensive pain management group located in Pueblo, CO that specializes in treating complex advanced chronic pain patients. Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner needed for growing, outpatient comprehensive pain management practice in Pueblo, CO. The practitioner will provide the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex chronic pain problems, including relevant medical and psychological conditions. Other specific pain-related duties may include but are not limited to prescription and oversight of medication maintenance/management, TPI w/ iontophoresis, dry needling w/ e-stim & photo biomodulation, neurocognitive assessment & cognitive behavioral therapy, post-procedure follow up after outpatient pain interventions with our interventional pain partners. Role involves establishing care to new patients and providing continuing exemplary care for established patients. Provider will be proficient in performing comprehensive and musculoskeletal exams, conducting patient interviews including obtaining, updating and studying medical histories, skilled in diagnosis and medical decision-making, adept in ordering diagnostic such as x-rays and laboratory studies and interpreting results as well as multi-modal medication management and versed in referring for conservative therapies outside the clinic as well as interventional treatments with our interventional partners. The office hours are Monday -
Friday Qualifications:
Active Colorado advanced practice nursing license. Previous experience in pain management, critical care or orthopedics are strongly encouraged to apply. Ability to establish and build rapport with patients. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership qualities. Active DEA license and full prescriptive authority. Experience in Pain Medicine is a plus but not essential, willing to train the right candidate.
