About the Practice Thrive Osteopathy is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice dedicated to providing personalized, relationship-based medicine. Our model removes insurance barriers, allowing for longer visits, deeper patient connections, and a focus on prevention, root-cause care, and whole-person health. We blend evidence-based medicine with a holistic, osteopathic approach—valuing both clinical rigor and individualized care. Position Overview We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for either: An experienced primary care clinician ready for a more meaningful, patient-centered model, or A motivated provider eager to learn a more holistic, integrative approach to primary care This is a flexible position with opportunities to shape your role based on your goals. Independent Growth Model:

Build and grow your own patient panel within the DPC structure, with mentorship and support

Salaried Model:

Work a set schedule with compensation adjusted based on hours and patient care responsibilities

Hybrid Options:

Combine both approaches over time as your practice evolves This role is designed for long-term growth, with increasing autonomy and income potential as your panel develops. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients Deliver care that integrates preventive, functional, and holistic approaches with strong clinical evidence Collaborate closely with the physician and care team Participate in innovative care models and practice development

incorporate osteopathic or other hands-on/holistic modalities if trained or interested Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Passionate about holistic, patient-centered care grounded in evidence-based medicine Excited to practice in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Interested in learning, growing, and evolving their clinical approach Comfortable with autonomy while also valuing mentorship and collaboration Strong communicator who builds trust easily with patients Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Experience in primary care preferred, but not required for the right candidate Interest in integrative/holistic medicine strongly encouraged Why Join Thrive Osteopathy? Pay:

$76,800.00 - $153,600.00 per year
