The Opportunity The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive clinical care while working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced practice focused on clinical excellence, collaboration, and meaningful patient outcomes. What You'll Do Clinical Care & Diagnostics Examine patients, obtain medical histories, document findings, and make clinical assessments Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (X-rays, EKGs, lab work) Prescribe medications in accordance with state scope-of-practice regulations and clinic policies Educate patients on health maintenance, nutrition, and overall wellness Procedural & Therapeutic Support Perform therapeutic procedures including injections, wound care, suturing, and immunizations Assist with emergency treatments and complex or invasive procedures within scope and privileges Care Planning, Collaboration & Compliance Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians Counsel patients, monitor progress, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Exercise independent clinical judgment and consult physicians as appropriate Adhere to CPC's clinical, ethical, and documentation standards Participate in data collection, research, and institutional reporting You'll Thrive in This Role If You...
