On-Site Req #: 20134 Apply Now Save Job Saved Summary Position Summary The role of the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is to contribute to the clinical, educational, and research missions of the organization. May provide clinical care in the inpatient or outpatient setting, telehealth, and triage. Provides regular health assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions and formulate plans that include treatment, psychosocial support, health education, and counseling. In addition, the role will collaborate with other health professionals in assessing and managing health problems, maintaining continuity of care, and coordinating community services. Contributes to the development, maintenance, evaluation, and change of the health care delivery system Full time ambulatory position, Business Hours M-F 8am- 5pm Clinic responsibilities shared between NJH Main Campus and Highlands Ranch Clinic Clinical responsibilities include Allergy & Immunology practice and oversight of Allergy Shot Clinic Scope of practice includes evaluation and management of new and existing patients.

Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.Work Experience:
1 year of recent and related experience as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred.Special Training, Certification or Licensure:
Colorado PA license or APRN license and prescriptive authority. DEA Registration. PA or NP certification by a national certifying body. Current CPR/BLS certification is required. ACLS or PALS certification if applicable for specific practice area. Preferred experience in Allergy & Immunology Preferred experience with adult and pediatric populationSalary Range:
