In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize advanced clinical skills to support individuals seeking hormone optimization. Your energetic approach and dedication will foster a positive patient experience and promote health transformation through innovative therapies and compassionate care. Duties Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and hormone level assessments using laboratory and diagnostic tools. Develop and implement individualized hormone therapy plans, incorporating treatments such as bioidentical hormones, injectable therapies, pellets, peptides, and other modalities tailored to patient needs. Manage medication administration and IV infusions with precision while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) using Practice Fusion for accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and clinical notes. Provide patient education on hormone health, lifestyle modifications, and ongoing management strategies to promote long-term wellness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical assistants and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care. Experience Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in hormone therapy or endocrinology preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in managing hormones and Thyroid. Familiarity with EMR/EHR system Practice Fusion; experience with CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding for documentation accuracy. Knowledge of pharmacology related to psychopharmacology and medication administration protocols. Ability to perform advanced assessments such as vital signs monitoring, physiological evaluations, laboratory specimen collection/processing, and diagnostic evaluations. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality; experience with infection control practices is essential.
