$150k annually /Profit Sharing A well-established multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Fort Collins is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. We specialize in physical medicine, rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, and medical weight loss. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and examinations Perform patient re-evaluations and progress assessments Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Prescribe physical therapy and rehabilitative services Prescribe and dispense durable medical equipment (DME) Perform trigger point injections Perform joint injections, including PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) procedures Administer and manage regenerative medicine treatments, including human cellular tissue products Coordinate care with chiropractic and rehabilitation providers Manage medical weight loss programs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients regarding treatment options and ongoing care Qualifications Required Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Colorado Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Preferred DEA license Previous insurance credentialing experience Orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, or physical medicine experience Experience performing joint injections Ultrasound-guided injection experience Interest or experience in regenerative medicine Benefits Profit-sharing program after 90 days Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Four-day work week Supportive team environment Schedule Monday - Thursday Please send resume Brian Torchin HCRC StaffingBenefits
