Occupational Health, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy & Specialist Support Services Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and occupational health conditions Perform DOT, pre-employment, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations Provide episodic urgent care services for walk-in patients Perform routine outpatient procedures and clinical documentation Communicate treatment plans and return-to-work recommendations with employers Deliver efficient, patient-focused care in a collaborative outpatient environment Provider Requirements Licensure & Certifications Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Unrestricted DEA registration Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ACLS certification preferred Active DOT Medical Examiner Certification preferred or willingness to obtain Experience Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine experience preferred Comfortable treating patients across all age groups Strong procedural and clinical decision-making skills in an outpatient setting Compensation & Support Competitive weekly compensation AAA-rated malpractice coverage provided Dedicated credentialing assistance Travel and lodging coordination included when applicable Long-term assignment potential with schedule consistency Why Fort Collins?
