Nurse Practitioner - WELLNESS/HORMONE CLINIC

We are a small but rapidly growing hormone clinic dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to our patients. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals experiencing hormonal imbalances and obesity through expert medical care, patient education, and innovative treatments. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our team part time.

Job Description:

As a Nurse Practitioner at our hormone clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients with hormonal health concerns. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives outside of traditional western medicine philosophies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances and related conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including hormone replacement therapy and lifestyle modifications. Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in hormone therapy and related fields. Contribute to the development and improvement of clinic protocols and procedures.

Who you are:

Current Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado. Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, WHNP, or equivalent). You practice what you preach and live a healthy lifestyle. Bonus if you are passionate about fitness and nutrition. Experience in endocrinology, hormone therapy, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
