Job Description

Job Summary We are a very busy Wellness Center focusing on HRT in both Women and Men health. Our team has extensive knowledge in Gynecology, HRT, Men's Health, Functional Medicine, Medical Weight Loss, and Aesthetics. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. In this role, you will be conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and developing personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes, promote wellness, and support the overall mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in women's and men's hormone health will make a meaningful difference. Responsibilities Perform thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and identify medical conditions. Ordering, performing, and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests (e.g., bloodwork, imaging) to evaluate hormone levels and overall health. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that may include prescribing medications (including bioidentical hormones, thyroid medications, and weight-loss injectables), supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. Educating patients on their conditions, treatment options, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices to promote self-care and long-term wellness. Utilize electronic health record (Athenahealth) for accurate documentation of medical records and coding (CPT, ICD-9/10). Collaborating with physicians, medical directors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and continuous patient care. Engage in diagnostic evaluations using laboratory testing, sonography, medical imaging, and specimen collection/processing to inform clinical decisions. Train and be efficient with InMode procedures on various platforms. Skills Extensive experience with Athenahealth for efficient documentation. Proficiency in performing advanced procedures including insertion of BioTe HRT pellets. Strong knowledge of both female and male sexual health and wellness. Strong knowledge of endocrine disorders, weight management, and hormone replacement therapy.
