Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our 3 provider, two MDs and one APRN, Internal Medicine/Primary care practice.
  • Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments
  • Provide counseling and education to patients on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Connecticut
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
