Job Description
Bristol Health is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to join a collaborative team of committed behavioral healthcare professionals to provide quality care and substance recovery services to individuals with a broad range of mental health illnesses in the greater Bristol community. This opportunity is at our outpatient Counseling Center of Bristol Health and is an exciting opportunity for a provider that thrives in a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment and enjoys an environment that promotes continuous learning and knowledge sharing. The position offers flexible scheduling, regular interdisciplinary team meetings and a high reliability culture. Since 1960's, Bristol Health's Counseling Center has provided counseling to individual adults, couples and families who seek assistance for a wide variety of issues. Problems range from temporary difficulties to complex long-term problems that affect emotional and physical health. Treatment at the Counseling Center includes: Medication management Individual, group and family therapy Partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs on-site Collaboration with Bristol Hospital Emergency Department, Crisis Clinicians and Physicians to transfer to inpatient treatment Bristol Health offers: Competitive salary Generous amount of paid time off Comprehensive array of health benefits offered Retirement savings plan Employer paid malpractice coverage Our Community is Conveniently located in the central region of Connecticut.
