Job Description

Join our team to provide comprehensive oncology treatment care in an outpatient setting with some inpatient responsibilities, offering flexible scheduling options. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive and episodic health history and physical assessments of patients. Oversee treatment infusions and supportive care needs. Write orders within the limits of the practice agreement. Maintain clinical documentation according to group practice standards. Participate in clinical quality and research activities as needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans. Requirements Must have experience in Oncology - Hematology, either as a provider or nurse. Must be an ANP, FNP, or PA. Board Certified (BC) and hold a Connecticut (CT) license. #
