Healthcare Professionals accepted) Internal Medicine- NP - The Adult|Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner provides primary care services in a federally qualified health center that provides primary and behavioral health care services. Appointments are scheduled as well as walk-ins. Target is 15 patients per 8-hour day for an experienced APRN. Behavioral health patients being seen at the clinic will be offered primary care services while waiting for intake.

Other staff include:

Vice President Health Center Operations, Medical Director, Medical Assistants, RNs, front desk staff, care management and behavioral health staff.

Qualifications:

Licensed RN and APRN in the State of Connecticut. Active DEA and Connecticut controlled substance license. Must be Board Certified and have 4-5 years primary care experience required. Must have or be willing to obtain suboxone waiver. Full Time 40 hours, rotating on call. Flexible scheduling available.
