Job Description

An inpatient behavioral health facility in Mansfield Center, Connecticut is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide medical oversight and perform physical exams for adult psychiatric patients. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support a 56-bed unit and manage a daily patient volume in a collaborative clinical setting.  About the

Responsibilities:
Provide medical oversight for patients in an adult inpatient psychiatric setting Perform physical examinations and routine clinical assessments Manage care for approximately 10 to 12 patients per day Collaborate with the behavioral health care team to support patient treatment Document patient evaluations, findings, and care plans accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications:
Active Connecticut Nurse Practitioner license Family Nurse Practitioner certification Experience providing care in a clinical or behavioral health setting
