Job Description
Join a collaborative oncology practice in Milford, CT, delivering high-quality hematology and oncology care in a primarily outpatient setting with limited inpatient consults. You will work alongside two physicians and two nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive patient management, treatment planning, and follow-up. Key responsibilities Provide outpatient clinical care (~90%) and inpatient consultations (~10%). Manage patient assessments, treatment plans, chemotherapy administration oversight, symptom management, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. Document encounters, participate in quality improvement activities, and support patient education and navigation.
