Healthcare Professionals accepted) Nurse Practitioner - Nurse Practitioner New Britain CT (10 miles SW of Hartford) $175,000-$185,000 + Monthly Bonus | Monday-Friday | No Call | No Weekends Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking for excellent compensation, a predictable Monday-Friday schedule, and no nights, weekends, or call? We are seeking an experienced Connecticut-licensed NP to join our Pain Management practice in New Britain, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys working independently, building relationships with patients, and taking a comprehensive approach to chronic pain—including alternative treatments and lifestyle modifications. - Dedicated office staff and Medical Assistant support What You'll Do As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Chronic Pain Management, you'll manage an established patient schedule while providing thorough, compassionate, and efficient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing chronic pain management and follow-up care
- Consider appropriate alternative therapies and lifestyle modifications as part of comprehensive treatment
- Educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and care plans
- Complete accurate, timely daily charting
- Work effectively with patients within the Medicaid population
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants and office staff to maintain efficient patient flow Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Connecticut
- 3+ years of NP experience required
- Chronic Pain Management treatment experience
- Experience working with Medicaid patient populations
- Open to incorporating alternative treatments and lifestyle modifications when clinically appropriate
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule without sacrificing your evenings and weekends to call coverage.
