Hours:
M-F with 5x8s preferred, 4x10s considerable, one Sat per month
Requirements:
APRN:
Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program with a specialty as afamily nurse practitioner.
PA:
Graduate of an accredited Master program in the study of physician assistant.
Responsibilities:
Provides ongoing high quality primary care to clients. Performs clinical procedures competently. Works collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary team members providing medical support and consultation as necessary. Maintains and documents the problem oriented medical record accurately after each client visit and monitors health maintenance checks of patient panel. Works collaboratively with other health care team members to meet both acute care, and health maintenance needs of clients.
Pay:
Up to $95.00 per hour
