Total Compensation range: $145k-$200k (varies depending on years of experience) Join a Growing Dermatology Team with an Established Patient Base An expanding dermatology group is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join its thriving outpatient practice near Norwalk, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider with dermatology experience who is looking to join a collaborative team, work with modern technology, and step into a busy practice with strong patient demand from day one. Position Highlights Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of dermatologic conditions across diverse patient populations Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based dermatologic care Perform office-based dermatology procedures within scope of practice Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, prevention, and long-term management strategies Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care Utilize advanced dermatology technology and treatment modalities Opportunity to participate in cosmetic dermatology procedures and laser treatments for interested candidates Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while building long-term patient relationships Qualifications Active and unrestricted Connecticut NP license Minimum 1-2 years of dermatology experience as a Nurse Practitioner required Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Full-time schedule with flexible hours Established patient volume and strong referral network Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays Generous paid time off Dedicated clinical support staff Modern practice environment with advanced equipment Why Join?
