Job Description Are you a versatile and flexible Nurse Practitioner seeking a challenging and rewarding role in a variety of healthcare environments? Enjoy a new experience every day as a Float Nurse Practitioner with Stamford Health. Stamford Health, an award-winning Healthcare System with multiple locations across Fairfield County, CT, has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner in our Outpatient Float Pool. The Float APRN will be assigned to cover Walk In Center and Primary Care locations mostly in Stamford but also Wilton, Greenwich, and surrounding locations as needed. There is no specialty coverage required. This full-time APRN will coordinate the care of Walk In Center and Primary Care patients age 14 years and up, triaging patient phone calls and needs.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts vary based on location assigned. Primarily 10-hour and 12-hour shifts. 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month.
