About the Job MedStar Health is seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PAs) and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNPs) to join our Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) and Surgical ICU (SICU) teams at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, located in the heart of our nation's capital. As part of one of the region's leading tertiary care centers, you'll work alongside a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering advanced, high-acuity care to critically ill patients.
Position Highlights:
Practice in a high-volume, high-acuity CVICU and SICU Manage complex post-operative cardiac and surgical patients Collaborative environment with intensivists, surgeons, and specialty teams Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageRequirements:
Graduation from an accredited physician assistant or acute care nurse practitioner program. NCCPA (physician assistant) or AGACNP (nurse practitioner) certification. BLS and ACLS certifications. One year of critical care experience or in-patient hospital medicine is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced procedures.Benefits:
