Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• 5+ years nursing experience
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Desire to work within a team atmosphere
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, HEDIS quality metrics and Medicare Risk Scores a plus.
