What You'll Do Lead the patient care experience, creating personalized treatment plans that include BHRT, thyroid optimization, weight management, and stress reduction. Perform in-depth evaluations with advanced tools like lab work and DEXA scans. Prescribe medications, controlled substances (DEA required), and supplements to optimize health. Diagnose and manage chronic conditions with innovative and individualized treatment plans. Document patient history, symptoms, treatments, medications, and progress. Educate and inspire patients to take charge of their health with cutting-edge knowledge and preventive care. Stay ahead of healthcare advancements, applying the latest science to patient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that shares your passion for changing lives. What We're Looking For A licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Associate with a Master's degree or higher.
