Hydrology Wellness is growing rapidly and is seeking an elite Aesthetic Master Injector who shares our commitment to clinical excellence, natural-looking results, patient transformation, and luxury-level care. Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled, socially influential Aesthetic Master Injector to join Hydrology Wellness as a key clinical and brand-building provider. This role goes beyond technical proficiency. We are seeking a practitioner who brings a loyal patient following, creates compelling before-and-after content, and is recognized as a credible authority in the aesthetic space. The ideal candidate is a licensed PA-C or Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated, full-time aesthetic injectable experience , advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, a refined eye for natural enhancement, and an active professional social media presence with 20,000+ engaged followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms. This provider will work alongside our clinical team in a collaborative, physician-led, high-touch environment where artistry meets science. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence Perform advanced neurotoxin injections, including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin , using a precision-focused, natural-results approach. Administer dermal filler treatments, including Juvederm and Restylane product families , with strong product selection logic and full-face balancing expertise. Perform advanced injectable treatments, which may include lip augmentation, midface and cheek volumization, tear trough correction, jawline and chin contouring, neck and platysmal band treatment, and Nefertiti lift techniques. Administer or support biostimulator treatments, including Sculptra and Radiesse , including appropriate dilution, reconstitution, direct technique, and hyperdiluted protocols. Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals, anatomy, safety, and long-term aesthetic outcomes. Apply advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, vascular safety, contraindications, complication prevention, and patient selection. Recognize and appropriately manage adverse events, including vascular occlusion protocols and hyaluronidase use. Perform laser and energy-based treatments, including CO2 fractional resurfacing, IPL/BBL photofacials, laser hair removal, HydraFacial, microneedling , and related medical-grade skin care protocols. Maintain meticulous patient records, consent documentation, treatment notes, before-and-after records, and follow-up protocols in compliance with Florida state regulations. Collaborate with Dr. Zuriarrain on complex cases, combination treatments, and pre/post-surgical aesthetic optimization. Social Media & Brand Presence Maintain and grow a professional social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms, with a minimum of 20,000 engaged followers preferred. Create high-quality before-and-after content that showcases clinical outcomes and reflects the Hydrology Wellness brand aesthetic. Engage authentically with followers, answer aesthetic questions appropriately, and help drive inbound patient inquiries to the practice. Collaborate with the Hydrology Wellness marketing team on content strategy, campaigns, platform growth, and brand storytelling. Maintain content standards that reflect clinical credibility, natural aesthetics, patient trust, consent awareness, and a luxury brand feel . Represent Hydrology Wellness at select events, brand partnerships, community engagements, and other growth opportunities. Patient Experience & Business Development Provide a white-glove, concierge-level patient experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up. Build and retain a loyal personal patient following that grows with the practice. Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with patients regarding treatment options, realistic outcomes, contraindications, pricing, aftercare, and follow-up. Appropriately manage patients who request more treatment than is clinically or aesthetically advisable. Contribute to treatment menu development, protocol refinement, patient education, and service innovation. Support the team through training, mentorship, collaboration, and best-practice sharing as the practice scales. Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida PA-C or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. Current BLS and/or ACLS certification . Current board certification, such as NCCPA, ANCC, or applicable certifying body . Current DEA registration preferred. Formal aesthetic medicine training, such as a fellowship, mentorship program, recognized injectable certification, master injector training, or equivalent advanced aesthetic education. Minimum 3 years of dedicated, full-time aesthetic injectable experience . Experience must be substantial and hands-on, not incidental or occasional.
Advanced proficiency with:
Neurotoxins, including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin Hyaluronic acid fillers, including Juvederm and Restylane product families Biostimulators, including Sculptra and Radiesse Advanced facial anatomy and full-face assessment Lip augmentation, midface volumization, jawline contouring, chin balancing, and tear trough treatment Patient safety, complication prevention, and adverse event response Before-and-after documentation and treatment planning Verifiable before-and-after portfolio with a minimum of 10 cases across multiple treatment modalities , demonstrating natural, consistent, high-quality results. Professional, polished communication style with strong patient consultation and expectation-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CO2 fractional resurfacing, IPL/BBL, laser hair removal, HydraFacial, microneedling, RF microneedling, and medical-grade skin care protocols. Training or certification through programs such as Allergan Medical Institute, Galderma Aspire Aesthetics Academy, Aesthetic Immersion , or equivalent advanced aesthetic education. Trainer, educator, KOL, advisory board, or brand partner experience with injectable product lines, devices, or aesthetic companies. Attendance, presentation, or participation in national aesthetic conferences such as ASDS, AMWC, SCALE, or similar industry events. Published aesthetic cases, educational content, articles, or peer-reviewed material. Prior experience in a luxury med spa, boutique aesthetic practice, plastic surgery practice, surgical aesthetics environment, or high-volume injectable setting. Social Media Requirements Active, professional social media presence with a minimum of 20,000 followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms preferred. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality before-and-after content that drives patient engagement and inquiries. Content must reflect a brand aesthetic aligned with luxury, clinical credibility, natural results, and authentic patient relationships . Engaged audience preferred. Follower quality, comments, saves, shares, patient inquiries, and content consistency matter more than raw follower count alone. Willingness to co-brand with Hydrology Wellness and participate in marketing, content, and practice-growth initiatives.
