Crystal River, FL Job Responsibilities

• Conduct physical assessments.
• Perform well child visits
• Administer childhood vaccinations
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose, treat, and evaluate chronic or seasonal illnesses.
• evaluate patient progress and treat patients appropriately.
• provide screenings, interventions, counseling, and prescribe medications as needed to patients
• Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults are carefully and completely documented

• Qualifications:

• Licensed as a FNP, PNP or APRN in the state of FL
• MSN degree from an accredited school or University
• Can treat children
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
