Job Description
- Spine, Pain, and Neuro Care Join VIP Pain Services, LLC a division of Symphony Spine, Pain, and Neuro Alliance as a Advanced Practice Provider and become a vital part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations related to spine, pain, and neurological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and other pain management interventions
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education on condition management and prevention
- Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred
- Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
Pay:
$115,000.00- $125,000.
