AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking an experienced APRN or Physician Assistant to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients 65 years and older in a value-based, Medicare Advantage practice focused on quality, outcomes, and meaningful patient relationships. Manageable patient panel:
