About the Role 5-day a week (weekdays), covering three facilities in Panama City, FL No evenings or weekends work requirements Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding days, round and go environment, and 48-hours allowed for chart completion (remote charting preferred) Autonomous work environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions Experience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life Professional growth: access ongoing training resources to enhance your skills and stay current in the field Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated compensation range of $70,872 to $83,846 annually with no cap on productivity income You will be eligible for a base salary, health benefits, 401K, paid time off, and more Paid professional liability insurance and tail coverage Qualifications LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Florida (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role) A minimum of 1 year experience preferred as an
