Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a 3-month locum engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient dermatology setting. You will work alongside our clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of dermatological conditions. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of medical skin conditions Perform procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other common dermatologic treatments Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR in a timely manner Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive skin care Maintain patient flow and uphold practice quality standards Requirements Current PA-C or NP licensure in good standing Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in dermatology DEA license and relevant state prescribing authority Proficiency with EHR systems Strong procedural skills in outpatient dermatology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding time Preferred qualifications Experience with cosmetic dermatology (injectables, lasers) is a plus Prior locum experience preferred Board certification (NCCPA for PAs, ANCC or AANP for NPs)
