MIDLEVEL PROVIDER

(KEY WEST) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Urgent Care team. The ideal candidate will have a background in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice, with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of acute conditions independently.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of acute illnesses and injuries Perform minor procedures (e.g., laceration repair, splinting, abscess drainage) Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, EKGs, and lab work Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly in the EMR Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

Current and valid PA or NP licensure in Florida Certification by NCCPA (for PAs) or

AANP/ANCC

(for NPs) Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or related field BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
