We are a concierge orthopedic & regenerative medicine practice focused on ultrasound-guided joint injections . Patients pay directly for care and expect high-touch, ethical, outcome-driven treatment. If you prefer high-volume, insurance-driven medicine, this role is not a fit. What You'll Do Perform ultrasound-guided joint injections (knee, shoulder, hip, elbow, ankle, etc.) Conduct orthopedic evaluations and determine treatment candidacy Educate patients on conditions, options, risks, and realistic outcomes Follow physician-led protocols with strict documentation standards Practice ethical medicine — no guarantees, no pressure Work closely with physicians and clinical leadership in-office Required Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Florida Hands-on joint injection experience (required) Strong musculoskeletal and orthopedic knowledge Comfortable speaking directly with patients about treatment plans and cost Strongly Preferred Ultrasound-guided injection experience Background in: Orthopedics Sports medicine Pain management PM&R Regenerative medicine Experience in concierge / cash-pay medicine Confidence declining treatment when a patient is not a good candidate This Role Is NOT a
