We provide integrated primary care, psychiatric/behavioral health, substance use treatment (including MAT/Suboxone), Hepatitis C treatment, and STD/HIV testing and treatment (including PrEP/HIV prevention) to a diverse, underserved patient population. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed, board-certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (APRN-BC) to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. This role covers routine primary care alongside women's health services, STD/HIV testing and treatment, and Hepatitis C treatment — core parts of our community health mission. Schedule & Practice Setting Part-time or full-time considered Minimum of 3 days per week in-person at our Margate location Remaining days may be conducted via telemedicine Flexible scheduling to accommodate the right candidate Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and pediatric patients Perform well-woman exams and Pap smears Order, perform, and interpret STD and HIV testing; manage treatment and follow-up care Prescribe and manage PrEP/HIV prevention medication Manage Hepatitis C treatment protocols Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Collaborate with behavioral health, counseling, and outreach staff for coordinated, whole-person care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the clinic's EHR system Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Florida APRN license Board certification in Family Medicine (FNP-BC or equivalent) through ANCC or AANP Active NPI number Current CPR/BLS certification Experience performing Pap smears and well-woman exams Ability to pass credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers Preferred Qualifications Experience with STD/HIV testing and treatment, and PrEP prescribing Experience with Hepatitis C treatment protocols Experience with community health or underserved patient populations Experience with EHR systems (AdvancedMD a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus
