THE BASICS

Pay :

Competitive pay starting at $70/hour (based on experience)

Schedule :

Full-Time PRN positions Part-Time considerations Rotating shifts every other weekend Clinic hours run from 8:00 AM to 7:00

YOUR DAY AS A NURSE PRACTITIONER - PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

As you step into your shift, you take full ownership of patient care, working as a solo provider in a busy urgent care setting where no two cases are the same. You review patient histories, assess symptoms, and quickly form accurate diagnoses while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence. Throughout the day, you clearly communicate diagnoses, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with your clinical team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. The pace keeps you engaged, the variety sharpens your skills, and every patient interaction gives you an opportunity to make a meaningful difference-all while continuing to grow your knowledge and expertise.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A NURSE PRACTITIONER - PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Current, unrestricted Florida NP or PA license Ability to obtain DEA licensure ER experience required Strong understanding of treatment protocols and drug interactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
