Job Description

Urgent Care of New Port Richey is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive urgent care services, including evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages Perform thorough physical exams and develop effective treatment plans, including prescribing medications when appropriate Deliver efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining strong patient satisfaction Perform common urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, joint injections, incision & drainage, and wound care Coordinate care by facilitating referrals and ensuring smooth transitions to specialists or higher levels of care when needed Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation in the
EMR What We're Looking For:
Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (active and in good standing) Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine preferred Proficiency in minor procedures and point-of-care decision making Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-volume setting
