Position Overview We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) — Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) — to join our dynamic healthcare team. The APPs will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity and excellence in clinical services. What You'll Do Working collaboratively with a supervising physician, the Advanced Practice Provider delivers comprehensive primary care to individuals of all ages. This role focuses on fostering continuity of care, promoting preventive health strategies, managing chronic conditions, and empowering patients through education—all within a supportive, team-oriented clinical setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough health assessments and physical examinations Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and laboratory results Prescribing medications, treatments, and lifestyle interventions Promoting wellness through patient-centered education and counseling Coordinating care with specialists, ancillary services, and community resources Educating patients and families on care plans, prevention, and wellness What You Need Licensed to practice as an APRN or PA in the state of Florida. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) required within 30 days of hire. Experience in Family Practice preferred. $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
