Job Responsibilities:
Perform thorough medical disability evaluations for Veterans Conduct physical examinations, review patient histories, and evaluate how conditions impact daily functioning Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and provide medical opinions using electronic medical record systems Ensure all documentation meets VA standards for accuracy and compliance Work collaboratively with case management and quality assurance teams Submit completed exam reports within 24-48 hours
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) Experience with electronic medical records, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office tools Strong diagnostic abilities and clinical documentation skills Excellent organizational and time management skills
Work Hours:
3-5 days per week. Monday to Friday 8-5 PM 1099 Contract Position #ZR
