Join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. We are a medical practice specializing in primary care. We deliver the highest quality care to our patients at the lowest costs available to them. Role Why Join Our Team:
100% Outpatient care On call services may be expected of this role Competitive Salary + Annual Quality Bonus - Our base salary range for this position is $125,000, based on experience. With our annual performance bonus, you can earn up to 15% of your base salary. Full Benefits Offered Annual Performance Bonus based on Quality of Care Negotiable Relocation & Sign-On Bonuses Malpractice Insurance Coverage Full support both in-clinic and through our Central Business Office to ensure providers can focus solely on patient care Responsibilities Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Rotating and flexible on-call schedule. We use eClinical Works (eCW), along with partnering programs to ensure ease of use for our patients and practices. We focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, working alongside patients and their families to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage a population with multiple comorbidities.
Integrated team-based care:
Working as a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes by meeting their needs and preferences. Prioritizing preventative care and proactive management of chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes, decrease patient's costs, and increase revenue for the practice. Providers must be comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population. Qualifications Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) program, focusing on adult medicine Certification through an accredited PA certification program focusing on adult medicine Currently licensed as an Acute, Adult/Gerontological or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment Ideal Candidate, with a minimum of two years of experience as Nurse Practitioner Bilingual English Spanish speaking preferred Holds or is eligible for DEA licensure and CDS licensure (if required in the state of practice) Up-to-date CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification Required Skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system 2 years of experience of Medical Advantage, HEIDS, MRA and ICD-10 Coding Comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population Demonstrated ability to problem-solve complex and multifaceted situations Preferred Skills Bilingual (English-Spanish) Preferred Pay range and compensation package Competitive Salary + Annual Quality Bonus - Our base salary range for this position is $125,000 based on experience.
