Opportunity Description Cano Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, FL. Cano Health operates medical centers across Florida with a strong focus on patient well-being. Our compassionate, patient-centered approach ensures every patient feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Position Highlights:

100% Outpatient•

No Call Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Patient Volume:

12-18 patients per day (including walk-ins)

Patient Population:

Medicare Advantage; Spanish-speaking patients

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary + quarterly bonuses 4 weeks PTO 3 days CME + $1,500 CME allowance Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Short•and Long-Term Disability Occurrence-based malpractice coverage

Qualifications:

MSN required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting

Bilingual:
